Fort McKay Logistics Equipment Fleet

We are proud to offer a wide range of equipment to meet all of your transportation needs. We provide a range of vehicles from one ton vehicles to specialty vans designed to handle up to 60,000 lbs. We also offer a Dedicated Fleet service so you can leave the heavy lifting to us.

1 Ton Vehicles

Our 1 ton truck can handle up to 2700 lbs without equipment. By using a gooseneck deck it will allow for an additional 10,000 lbs.

5 Ton Vehicles

Our 5 ton deck is 20’ long and can handle up to 15,000 lbs. Our 5 Ton van can handle 11 standard 4x4 skids.

10 Ton Vehicles

Our 10 ton flat deck can handle up to 32,000 lbs and our vans can hold up to 16 standard skids.

Dry Van

If your material is packed on a regular pallet and can be unloaded using a forklift, then you’ll require a dry van. With our dry van, we offer transportation services using a 53’ air ride dry van. This is a regular type of delivery van that contains no special equipment other than the usual ties necessary to keep your load secure in transit. We can handle full truck loads as well as LTL (Less than full truck load) material in all our van services.

Long Combination Vehicle (LCV) Services

With our 28’ pup van air ride led by a 53’ van, we can move more freight on time and reduce clients' cost.

Curtainside Deck

Our curtain side decks are a flatbed trailer with an upper structure mounted to the flatbed as a tarping system. The flatbed is covered with a curtain that can easily be moved out of the way, thereby providing ready access to the trailer for loading material.

Flat Deck

With our flat deck services we offer transportation using 53’ high boy and lowboy air ride decks. We can handle both full loads and LTL shipments. We also offer Gooseneck decks, which are 30’ long and can handle up to 12,000 lbs. that are pulled with a 1 ton truck.

Container Decks

Transporting containers of freight are common since the value of utilizing a container is more expensive. Containers are strong enough to be suitable for repeated use and are specially designed to facilitate the carriage of goods by one or more modes of transport without intermediate reloading. These are often referred to as Sea Cans.

For customers, they’re an easy way to pack or unpack material. Utilizing containers to move freight is a cost-effective way for transporting.
